Now that the 2009 show is over, our attentions turn to the staging of the 2010 National show, if you'd like to help bring this show to fruition, then now is your chance to volunteer your services for next year.
New blood is needed to help keep this show going, it cant carry on with the same folk year in, year out and if you're interested, you could even take up a show committee position.

A National History
This article charts the history of the BKKS national including information about the winning koi and any other useful information surrounding the shows. Please excuse the poor quality of many of the pictures but hopefully they will still show the events and koi well.
Koi Classifications / Varieties & Show Sizes
For those who are new to showing their koi, the detailed list found here should make it easier to establish exactly which classification your koi should be benched in. You will also find a break down of the size groups to include the BKKS show size group and the actual size in centimetres this relates to.
